Lead times start when you receive an email stating your film has been checked in at the lab. Rush service places your order at the front of our production queue.

Understanding Lead Times
Film orders. Production begins the business day following delivery. For example if the package is delivered to us on Tuesday, you should receive an email on Wednesday confirming we have started processing your order.
Print orders. When uploading files for print, production begins the business day after you place the online order.
Lead times count business days only (Monday-Friday). Weekends and national holidays are excluded.
All lead times are estimates. Our production volume varies season to season and it can change rapidly. We do our best to provide accurate and current expectations on our site.
Rush service is a 50% up-charge. To place a rush order, look for the rush option at checkout. Rush service is not available for E-6 processing.
